The integration of Gamma’s Centrex Cloud PBX with Bitrix24's CRM tool allows for improved sales monitoring and offer personalised and quality customer service.

- From 121 to 240 extensions: monthly fee of 86,31€.

Integración de Bitrix24 CRM con la Centralita Virtual Centrex de Gamma
Gamma pone a disposición del Cliente un Servicio especializado de Atención por vía telefónica (llamada gratuita al 900 900 019) y correo electrónico (soporte@gammacom.es).
Una vez ha finalizado el proceso de instalación, configuración y puesta en marcha de la Centralita Virtual Centrex de Gamma, el proceso de instalación y configuración de la Integración CRM es muy sencillo y se realiza directamente entre Gamma y el Cliente.
- Gamma envía a cada uno de los usuarios un correo electrónico con un enlace web único y personalizado para cada extensión.
- El usuario deberá hacer clic sobre el enlace proporcionado por correo electrónico y pulsar sobre el botón “Activar”, para que automáticamente se active la integración sobre la extensión del usuario.
- Una vez la integración se ha activado con éxito en el enalce web suministrado por Gamma, el usuario debe entrar en la web de Bitrix24 e introducir sus datos de acceso para iniciar sesión en Bitrix24.
- Dentro de la web de Bitrix24, el usuario debe entrar en el menú “Telefonía” y seleccionar la opción “Configurar la telefonía”.
- El usuario deberá hacer clic sobre la opción “Ajustes de telefonía”, seleccionar “Aplicación: Gamma” y después “Guardar” para finalizar el proceso de activación.
- Una vez realizados estos pasos, el usuario ya tendrá su extensión integrada con el CRM de Bitrix24.
