How it works

Install the app from Bitrix24.Market, authorize your eBay account, and select a default responsible user for new deals and contacts. Save preferences to start the first synchronization; orders are imported as deals with products logged, and buyers are imported as contacts. The app registers triggers for order status changes and adds update checks in CRM menus; updates run automatically and can also be triggered manually.

The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only. Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.

FAQ

We want to stop using the integration. How do we disconnect?

Open the app settings, go to the Sign Up/authorization block, click “Disconnect,” and confirm.

We deleted a deal in Bitrix24 but it still exists on eBay. Is that expected?

Yes. The integration does not delete data in eBay when you delete deals or contacts in Bitrix24.

We need Bitrix24 invoices to sync to eBay. Is that supported?

No. The integration does not send Bitrix24 invoices to eBay.
